Customer Service would have changed everything!
When we arrived, no one came to seat us for a good seven minutes, so we were left standing at the front door while the wait staff were serving customers and walking around. When we ordered, my husband is allergic to seafood and his soup which came with his meal had a seafood base, so we just asked if they could substitute it for an onion, tomato or whatever else they had, but our waiter was adament that there was no substitutions. They had several different soups on the menu, so I thought this would be a no brainer - but we even asked if he could ask the chef - but again he was adament and stated no substitutions. All four of us at our table were appauld and "discussed" this situation with the waiter, but he would not budge. Our meals then came after waiting an extended period of time. Overall the food was pretty good, but none of us would ever go back. It's really too bad that for the price of a bowlof soup, they have lost four customers - and I am sure more, aswe have not been shy about our experience. Who else would want to go through that?
