On August 1,2023 I brought my Kia Rio to this location to find out why my battery keeps drainging and the car won't start. They said that they couldn't look at it for 2 weeks so fine .We waited till the end of September to call them. They said they would get back to us. 4 days later they called and said it needed a new wire that leads to the neg. terminal of the battery and it come from T.O. They forgot about my car. We were then told it also needed an alternator. Bad customer service.Neveragai
