So fed up with these guys! I’ve literally called them 8 times. Yes 8 times! Always with the promise to call me right back. My dryer has been broke for over 2 months . They sent the service tech to diagnose about 2 weeks after my first call. Now nothing. Save your time and call someone else! Brutal
I booked a service call for my washer through Whirlpool (warranty). I was given an 8-4 window for yesterday. The job was allocated to Highland Appliances. No on called or showed up. No answer on the phone either. I called Whirlpool and they rebooked two days later with the same ridiculous 8 hr window. I called Highland this AM to find out what happened. They claim to have never received a work order and then informed me they would not do the follow up either as they dont do boat access. Great.
The technician was scheduled five days in advance. He did not reach out until almost half hour after his 8 hour window closed. No apology rude and accused us of being at fault. Do not deal with these people if their customer service and in fact service does not exist. Run. Call someone else.
