Lori's Nail And Spa

Would prefer to give lori’s Nails 0 stars, but unfortunately I have to give them 1. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Spent $100 on a Shellac mani and pedi. Worst job ever. Had to have pedi redone the following day. Was promised a redo of mani following my vacation. Shellac mani chipped after 3 days, and when I returned to Lori’s nails for the promised redo, they wanted to charge me, and have me pay up front. Anyone who wants a professional job, go elsewhere!

They talked me into SMS shellac. Result was nails that are not very smooth and the lady who did them was very rough. My nail bed was bleeding and she said, you have thin skin. I wont be back with my thin skin.

I really can’t believe this place is in business. I went in for a polish change for gel polish. They spent almost 2 hours doing the absolute worst job I’ve ever had done to my nails - my 12 year old daughter used to do my nails better! And they charged me $45!!!! I feel sick looking at my nails - they are embarrassingly awful!

Just got my nails done, it was horrible they cut me on almost every cuticle, and I asked them not to make my nail shape square and that exactly what they did and not to mention they didn’t even cover the whole nail with polish, save your money and time and go somewhere else!

I had my eyelashes done by Lori and they were phenomenal. I loved them and got compliments every day!

I love coming to your spa but was disappointed with my last visit .. My pedicure was rushed not the same as all the other times , young girl was nice but I feel she was inexperienced my feet were very rough had to smooth myself when I got home .. I also had my nails filled the lady is very nice but seemed very tire I also had to fix my nails when I got home ..
