Condominium No #17 Elliot Lake
Awareness ! Great location, but seriously needs a management change. Unfortunately it is self managed condominium, which is a grave mistake. Managed by three inept directors and one condo officer who spends his paid time stirring up trouble for people who challenge him. They created haven for themselves and no one can remove them because of the proxies. Once they are gone it will be a wonderful place to live. NO I do not recommend this condominium to anyone at this time for that reason.
