I dont know why Jeff received such a nasty review from that one customer but I have to tell you that when we brought our Tiguan to him with an engine light on and previous to that we had CTC (I know I know) take a look at it and replaced the fuel pump to the tune of $1500 only to have the problem persist and another shop replacing plugs and ignition coils for another $500 again only to have the issue persist, Jeff zeroed in on clogged intake valves. Fixed it right away and car runs like new.

Webs auto is my go to place for both of my vehicles. Prices are fair and honest. Work is always done on time. Bought my current VW from him as well. Will not hesitate to take my vehicles there in the future.

Be careful with this outfit because they will gladly charge you an arm and a leg and perhaps a couple of fingers. There are other well established auto repair shops in Collingwood charging considerably less per hour. I made a mistake trying them out but will not be back - ever.
