AC broke down just as my wife was getting ready to host a baby shower, on the hottest day or the year. Ali was able to work some magic and arrange for a next day installation. It was 36 C when they hooked up the new thermostat, but a comfortable 20 as guests started arriving. Installation crew was fabulous. I would certainly recommend the Ultra Comfort team if you have Furnace or AC problems.

The guys at this shop displayed excellent workmanship whiling replacing my 20 year old furnace. installation seemed very difficult due to size of my previous unit, therefore i was expecting to pay extra for the additional work that needed to be done.
When I first called, I was offered a free estimate which took place in the same day. The salesman was able to recommend the perfect fit in minutes while providing me with a fully detailed estimate which included model numbers of the furnace.
If you are considering doing business with this company, I would suggest finding a better, more reputable company to install vital equipment in your home. I had a furnace and A/C Installed by this company and I am very disappointed. The prices you get seem good at first, but in the end you get what you pay for, nothing but headaches and problems. The techs take a lot of shortcuts, and rush the job. Not recommended.
Excellent service, honest, skillful and trustworthy. Highly recommend Ultra Comfort. I got them out to quote for a new furnace but they were able to fix my old one for a very reasonable price. No agenda to convince me I need to replace the furnace I have, customer service first.

The guy in the store made a deal with me to come and clean my fireplace for $90.00. At the day of the visit, 30 min late of the agreed time, I called to the company and was told that it is no specialist available, and I should reschedule the visit. But other guy who was not aware of the price agreement did show up later. The job was done and I had to pay full price by visa (bank confirmation). In 1 month I was called by a lady who was asking me to pay my invoice again without checking it.
This company is a perfect example of how every business should treat their customers!!! The service we inquired about was regarding our 5 year old furnace. Every single company we called tried to scam us by trying to sell expensive parts which we did not need, However Ultra comfort Cambridge fixed the furnace up for less than half the price of competitors. everyone from the hardworking technicians to the management was super helpful and polite.

Purchased an LH45 fireplace from this branch and was very happy with my purchase. they offered a free delivery when they found out we didn't have a truck to pick up the fireplace. We will definitely be back to purchase our furnace from these guys. :)
Tried to get a simple written quote from this guy, because he knows I'm "shopping around" he would not offer that, he said he doesn't want other suppliers to have my quote...

Poor customer service, lack of records, different information from different people. My humidifier that I bought and had installed last year was still under warranty. It stopped working and a part (Solenoid Valve) needed to be ordered. I was told the part was on backorder, then the part was shipped but returned to the supplier, and then that it would take a month to arrive. Then I was told my humidifier was no longer under warranty! I wasted 2 full months with these clowns.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! recently i had furnace and A/C installed at my house, price was very reasonable and they left finishing with professional work. After the installation they followed up with us completely. I highly recommend this company for your future jobs.
I had a terrible experience with the Cambridge Ultra Comfort location. We spent just under $10,000 with them for new furnace, a/c and duct work and I resent ever giving them a single penny. They may appear to have good prices but believe me, I deeply regret choosing them over the higher priced but better managed companies out there. Don't make the mistake I made, homeowners beware!
