They really took the time to explain the science behind the mattress. I’ve been to brick, Leon and Sleep Country before But never had this level of personal service.

Bad customer service

We purchased a mattress at this store. It cost about $1000.00. I knew it was not top of the line but it was for a guest bedroom and I thought that I should get a decent mattress and box for that price. It had a problem with a sink hole in the middle of the mattress. I noticed this after a month after it was purchased. It took so long to get this problem resolved. Stuff happens and sometimes products are not perfectly made but the way it was handled was horrible. The people that work they have no customer services skills. They should not be working with the public. Very disappointed with the overall situation. It seems that the 2nd mattress that they finally replaced has the same problem, noticed it the 2nd day after delivery. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
