Panago Pizza

Great customer service! Very friendly staff !

Panago has terrible customer service. I am dairy free. Ordered a gluten free pizza did not select cheese ordered just veggies and a non meat item and then ordered my children a regular pizza as well. Both pizzas showed up with cheese on them. Apparently if you order a pizza it adds mozzarella. You have to deselect it if not wanted. The customer service guy yelled at me saying it was my fault and I confirmed the order and that should they have to pay for my mistake. Never again.

This place is amazing. Its just the way a pizza place should be- everything is fresh and they even throw the dough up in the air! The way the store is set up allows you to whatch your whole pizza being made. The staff is very helpful and friendly. With such an extensive menu I had no idea where to start, but the cahsier helped me form an order that my whole family loved. They have pizza, wings, salads and breadsticks too! They also have very unique pizzas like a taco pizza. I would recomend this to anyone who is looking for a change from the usual pizza they get. And I beleive they deliver too!
