Burlington Optical

I have been dealing with Burlington Optical for about 15 years, and I have always been treated with respect. I'm a disabled senior, with some loss of memory due to a brain bleed. Anyway, I made an appointment, and mixed up the days. So, when I showed up, I was a day late. I felt horrible, and said so,apologizing profusely! I was told, not to worry about it, it happens, we'll reschedule. When I arrived for the new appointment, everything was fine at 1st.I asked if I could have the measurements

Wonderful, attentive and helpful staff. You cant beat their prices and selection. Prices are reasonable I found they were atleast 1/4 less than anything I had tried on at their competitors. Great selection of frames. Rather then having to search for a frame to suite my face, I had a hard time finding one that looked bad.

A short while ago I asked the salesman if he would reinsert my lens. He said No!And that he wouldnt fix anything unless it was purchased in his store. I said alright, and began to walk out when i turned to ask a question. He screamed at me GET OUT OF MY STORE, GET OUT OF MY STORE! NEVER IN MY 85 YEARS HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY.

Terrible place. Bad costumer service and optometrist not on time for eye tests. I hate this place. Dont waste your time. They are rude and lie.

When I picked up my progressive glasses I was told if I could not get used to them I could bring them back to change to bifocals. It was after a month (one month not enough time to give it a try) and was told it would cost the same amount of money as the first pair!!! No one told me it had to be within one month. Rude person at the counter too. So now I have useless glasses. All their frames look the same - beware of good prices, not good service.

I went in on Wednesday 2019/03/13 no other customers an employee or whom ever came out did not say hello good morning or could i help you. i went up to the counter as he was playing on his laptop i asked if i could get another pair of glasses that these are broken . He rudely said no i need a perception i asked just to get replacement frames again he said NO. I walked out and will not go back again and will tell friends and family not to use them. as of now they just lost 3 CUSTOMERS .

This place is awesome. I usually order my glasses online but there's no point anymore because this store deals are pretty much the same price or even xheaper but better quality and service. They also helped me directly bill my insurance so that's a big headache oUT of the way. I like being able to try my frames on and having it fitted and adjusted every few months so that's a bonus!

I've been ordering glasses and contact lenses from Van for years now and I always know I will get excellent products, outstanding services and great prices. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for glasses or contacts ever again. All my family members get their glasses/contacts from Optical Clearance Outlet as well. They are outstanding!
