Worst experience ever purchasing clothing. Was told that it wasn't final sale on an item so I purchased it. Looked at the receipt after purchase only to realize it said no refunds or exchanges. Sales person said no worries even if you come after one year we will exchange it for you and even wrote it and signed his name to the receipt if I had any troubles. 5 days after purchase all the buttons on the jacket start falling off and the fabric begins to loosen. Wouldn't exchange or refund!!
