Tragic. We trusted Bill. Bill failed us. Bill was contracted to install metal roofs at my cottage. His work was substandard and not up to code. Our roof leaks and his word of warranty is not being honoured. He's not returning our calls. During installation he didn't tarpaulin the roof, left for three days, it rained. Wood floors and furniture ruined. Don't ever use this guy.
