Vacci Hair Cutting Team

Bad colour, she refused to do what I asked for. Many gray hairs did not cover again! She did what she wanted, even though it was not what I wanted at all. The cut is horrendous and must be recut at another salon ASAP.I will not go out of the house until this will be be recut at another large expense for me. The cut is so bad that I need to tie it in a pony tail daily to hide the many mistakes.My husband is also horrified. He cannot believe I had to pay and my hair was not fixed.

I have recently returned to Beamsville and returned to vacci's. The staff at this salon are very professional. I have always had Amy as my hairdresser she is AMAZING and the time flies by. She is very knowledgeable about hair and listens to what her customers want. I would NEVER have anyone else cut my hair.

Joe did my hair this morning and I have never been happier. A few places messed up my hair and he completely fixed my problem, coulor wise and mainly the hair cut. He's so awesome to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

I have not been in a long time,however vaccis is such a wonderful place to go! I have got my hair done by a few people and everyone there seems like a family! I just moved back to beamsville and I can't wait to make my appointment

Took my daughter here because it's close to home big mistake customer service was horrible joe really needs to take a class for that. Plus they said they had no time to curl my daughters hair so they would just trim and straighten for 30 dollars so I left when I came back an hour later they decided to curl it without letting myself or her know that they would be charging an extra 45 to curl the ends 80 bucks for a an uneven too short trim about 2/12-3 inches more than what she asked for and I had to come home and straighten it all at the end because it was so short she was crying and wouldn't go out with it thank you joe at vacci
