I am newly engaged and had to have my ring sent out to be resized. They initially told me the time required to complete the repair was 8 days. It was difficult to let my ring go for that period, obviously I want to show it off and tell everybody. Long story short after several phone calls and being put off we are told it will take 3 weeks to get my ring back. Very misleading and unhelpful. I feel like they don't care after you've spent a small fortune.

Poor Customer Service - My fiancé went to this location to look for my engagement ring and even though there were two employees and no customers other than him, he was ignored. We decided to try again while we were out looking for wedding rings and again, the same thing happened. There were two girls 'working' that did not say hello or offer to assist us. We were in there for about ten minutes and they didn't acknowledge that customers were present. Terrible service.
