Great experience with Climate Air! Highly recommended!

We bought a furnace/air conditioner through Costco and had Climate air install it. We’ve had nothing but problems with the unit and installation. Every spring we need to have them back to fix the air conditioner. And every spring they tell us it’s a leak. We’re forced to pay them to come out every year and they continue to let us down. They have poor customer communication. Called them last week and still haven’t heard back. You shouldn’t have to repair your A/C unit yearly. STAY AWAY.

Came home to a furnace problem , called Climate Air and had a new Lennox Elite furnace installed two days later. They did a great job, laid down mats on the floor everywhere they walked, and set up and explained the new furnace and thermostat. Great price, great service. I had lots of choice of different furnace choices and different financing options. I would highly recommend them. Chris
