Best Barrie Movers

They sent the wrong size truck. Too small. Blamed me. Sent a 2nd truck= more $$. The worst: how they unloaded my things into my 2 storage units. I can’t access anything...couldn’t care less on how to place my things properly. They put a wooden rocking bench on top of a cardboard box which was on a table. Climbing like a monkey to locate my things, still can’t find them. I’m 57. Not easy. I complained to the company. It absolutely doesn’t care. They got their $$$$. After service is non-existent.

I would describe my experience with Best Barrie Movers as great.They were on time and perfectly ready. The two guys were loading the truck while the third one was packing the stuff (after that, he helped loading too). Also, this guys, Oscar, helped us with cleaning our properties and removing the garbage. The other two guys arranged our furniture but before that they put it together. In one word, the guys were very professional and you can tell they are experienced. I would use them, for sure.

I have now used them twice, and on both occasions I found the company easy to deal with and efficient. The men who did the actual move were both competent and pleasant, and completed our moving in a timely and orderly fashion. I would have no problem is recommending Best Barrie Movers or using them myself again in the future.

We requested a furniture shipping and delivery from Best Barrie Movers. The furniture is custom made (old though), pretty expensive and required careful disassembling/re-assembly and packaging. The manager came over to check it considering that it had been my top priority. We agreed upon the time and date. The team was punctual. They dismantled, packed, transported and assembled. After assembling furniture the team lead inspected for damage and all was fine because the movers were very skilled.
