Ruined my Coat
The owner of this company does not care if customers are satisfied. He boasts about his many years of experience and does not listen because...well he knows best. I brought a leather coat to have a zipper put in. He said he charges by the inch for the zipper. He first measures the full length of the coat and says $50 for the zipper. Then he looks at it again...marks it - which is shorter than the initial measure...no adjustment to price despite it being at least 5 inches shorter than the measure. Says he knows best ...many many years of experience. I get the coat back and the zipper is too short by at least 3-4 inches and looks horrible. I call to explain this to him...he says I agreed to this and he has many years of experience. I said...I'm not happy and my coat is ruined. I asked that he redo the zipper to my satisfaction or remove it completely and refund my money. He said I'm not going to do anything about it and he hung up! I'm absolutely shocked and outraged at the arrogance and unwillingness to remedy the situation. He has many many years of experience and if the customer is not happy it's their fault! Do not buy anything from this store and do not have anything repaired here. I will now have to locate a reputable leather repair place to take out the too short zipper and install a new one and pay again.
