    Horrible customer service

    I stood there for over ten minutes while the guys working stood around chatting and swearing I might add in front of me and my small children while I held the small item I was waiting to purchase I finnaly started a stare down to get some service when one of the three looked and said is someone helping you I said nope I want to pay for this and they pointed to the two other ppl working who where with customers and said wait for one of them they will help you wow Shame on you !!!!!

    I've dealt with Matt on a few occasions and he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their quality of work is impressive and they go out of their way to help you after the sale!

    Aces!

    I went to Every pool store in the city looking for help, no one helped except the staff at Remington's. They didn't know what the part I was looking for even was but they sent pictures to a supplier and got me fixed up! My new Tub will be from Remingtons!

    Quality products, Service seriously lacking

    After many years we've taken our business elsewhere. Quality of our pool and Beachcomber tub is great but the service we expected to accompany those purchases has rapidly declined. Matt, the owner, is knowledgeable & a pleasure to deal with but is often away from the store with installations, etc. If Matt's not there & you have questions, even simple ones, chances are none of the staff will be able to help you. Staff are often flustered and 2nd guess themselves in front of customers.

    LOVE IT, Love the store

    Love my tub, the install was fast and the delivery guy was so great! I've been a customer now for 4 or 5 months and the help and service I have received have been perfect! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone! Love my Beachcomber!!

    Probably the worst p

    Probably the worst pool service in Moncton. They outright refused to service our pool because our backyard was flooded. It was flooded because there were 6 leaks! They would leave the chemicals in our back yard with no instructions on how to add them. They put in a filter that should not have been out in. The area that has the filtration system was never set up properly. If they were the last pool company on the planet, I still wouldn't recommend them.

    I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I do recall you having problems balancing your water in the pool. We did however sell and install a pool in your yard, and it was done very well. After that we offer free water testing so that you can easily maintain the pool. If you do not maintain the water it will not work well. Further, we serviced the water (although we didn't have to) free of charge 3 times, and gave you a brand new filter in an effort to help your water issues. I'm pleased with my staff, that they tried to help you, going above and beyond. Out of respect I will of course not publish your name here but I truly wish you the best of luck in the future.

    Best Service...Best Hot Tub!

    What can I say about Remington...amazing service, excellent products, and great follow-up equals repeat business! If you are looking for a pool and/or hot tub (and more), they have it all...and more important, they carry quality! I live 2 hours from Moncton but still selected them for my hot tub...and enjoy it every day! Check them out!
