Good experience after not being able to get the original company who we purchased our heat pump from these guys took care of our issues on more than one occasion. Planning on purchasing a second unit in the fall and this is who we will be calling.

Josh initially was very good when we bought our unit. Since then he has been to our house several times on warranty which was great. The last 2 years he has been very rude and condescending. Spoke with him today and he told me I was a "nuisance warranty caller" and that there was nothing wrong with my unit. He told me to find someone else to service my unit for warranty. Our heat pump is still under warranty! I would not recommend anyone to get a unit or service from this guy!

Anyones looking for professional service these are the guys. Licensed and knows their product. After installing our Heat Pump they took the time to explain how it worked and how to run the remote and clean the filters and everything in between. Our LG 12000 kept us warm this past winter and saved a bunch on our power bill. Thank you for the great service guys!

Had a unit installed and works like a charm. They were very informative and professional. Very competitive price , would recommend.

The owner told us that the heat pump unit we purchased would be adequate to warm up the front of our shop. We have it set at 86, and, in the morning, it's 59. He explained we are losing 20 degrees of heat in the concrete floor and through the windows. He should have told us that the unit wasn't going to be adequate before we bought it. When I called to complain, he hung up on me. This company deserves no stars for dealing so poorly with an unsatisfied customer.
