Worst Customer Service
Well I tried to go in and play some vlt's on my way home after work one day. I was confronted by the bar tender telling me I had to buy a drink or leave. I said i am playing vlt's and then I am buying some beer from the vendor when I go home. He told me to buy a beer or get out. This was some of the worst customer service I had ever experienced in a dive bar. I then called back to talk to the manager and he told me he has every right to kick you out and refuse service if you don't buy anything.Telling me he doesn't care about my business which is the place I always buy my beer from after work. I am so disheartened by this I will go quite out of my way from now on to buy my beer somewhere else. So, to sum it all up the place is dirty and gross, the doors are falling off the hinges, the beer is usually warm from the vendor, the customer service is lacking from the bottom up. You want a nice night out and and relax, the seedy atmosphere and bad customer service are all things you want to stay away from. I used to work in the bar industry and this is unacceptable most places offer you a free drink of pop or coffee to play vlt's not run you out because your not buying a beer. Stay away from here. You want a nice quiet dive bar to play vlts go to the Green Brier in on Main St. free female dancers on Fridays, free male dancers on Tuesdays and no one demanding you buy a beer.
