McDonald's

I went there afterschool with my granddaughter (ROM) we ordered 3 things, and didnt get them all, and even when I asked if there was a straw in bag for drink, he said yes, there wasn't!! my granddaughter was looking forward to her McDouble, NO SUCH THING IN BAG, JUST THE FRIES!! she didnt notice at first, as she was eating the fries...and I was annoyed that my straw wasnt in bag for my iced coffee!! Nope, not going there anymore!!

I love this McDonalds.Very friendly customer service and has great fast food and it's very clean and overall a great place to enjoy a meal.

poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service! Bought a Mediterrean Wrap at Saanich Rd drive through, drove away and realize there was bacon in the veggie wrap. We decided to pull into the West Saanich Rd McDonalds as it was on the way home instead of turning around and driving back to get a new wrap with no bacon in it (as its supposed to be veggie) and the manager refused to give us a new wrap. Said its not their problem and they are different owners and to call a number on receipt. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT
