Fantastic service from reception to technicians. They even had it ready a couple of hours early when I said I had to get to work. My car was so clean inside and out and the body work was great. Definitely recommend them.

I had a fender bender on my car, caused by another party causing a small scratch on the bumper of my vehicle. This was going to be paid by ICBC as the other party was at fault and did not effect my insurance. The estimate of $1,500 ended up to cost more than $3,300 as they replaced the bumper rather than just painting it. Now I have to declare that I had accident costing more than $2,500 at the time of sale of the car. Had I known this from beginning, would have opted out of fixing it altogether

My car was backed into while it was parked, my whole front end was sitting on the road when I returned. Craftman collision was helpful, fast and great to deal with. Within the same week I had my car smushed, they had the parts, gave me a temp car, fixed my car, cleaned it and gave it back to me. I will tell people, friends, family to go there if they ever need it. Thank You Craftman Collision! You made my week!!!
