Payed 500 for a detail and my interior is dirty still aswell as windows inside amd door jams shift boot was not put on and still dirt in air vents

I should have gone with my feeling & taken my car to a different shop, based solely on customer service (from a male receptionist). Never once did he indicate (by deeds or otherwise) that he was happy to have my business & never did he try to accommodate scheduling issue I had. I was NOT impressed. Given that everybody else has great reviews for the shop, I conclude that there is something about me that the guy did not like. I can only rationalize in my head, but not out in the open.

We had front end repairs done. On Time. ON Estimated price. Great Service! Great Job!
