Vernon Optometry

My son broke his glasses while visiting from Ontario. The friendly people at VernonOptometry did a temporary repair, and even gave him a complimentary pair of contact lenses to get us through the rest of our holidays. Awesome service, and very much appreciated!

Very impressed with the staff here! I needed some new glasses and right from the start they were very attentive and helpful. They took the time to explain the different lens designs and help me find a frame that both fit me nice and looked great!! I would strongly recommend this office to my friends and family

Beautiful facility for all your vision needs. Just had the whole family in for eye exams, kids loved it. My prescription had changed so with great help I had picked out some new glasses! They even have the machinery to custom build your prescription and protect your new lenses. Outstanding staff and business, big plus to our community.

I would strongly advise against agreeing to use their in-house lenses and process or even their store. I was convinced to steer away from a quality Nikon lens by their sales staff and use their in-house lenses. They explained that they could have the lenses in less than a week. Unfortunately after nearly a month I still had no glasses from Vernon Optomotry. Constantly given false dates for pick up. There were 3 times where they claimed that they messed up their own coatings on my lenses.

Great service and fast

I had a great experience here, I would highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and had my glasses and contacts fast. They fitted my contacts better than anyone before and I can finally wear contacts because of that. Very Happy!
