I went here tonight via drive-thru, employee was very rude and she took my wrong order and she didn’t add vanilla in my coffee and when I want to add fries in my order at window ,she answered rudely that they don’t take order at window. But every restaurant allow customers to add order if they want. That behaviour was very arrogant.

The most disgusting restaurant I have ever seen outside of a third world country. Garbage everywhere, diners clearing garbage from the tables onto the floor in order to eat. Disrespectful staff not doing anything about restaurant cleanliness. Very poorly run and managed, would not trust food quality based on restaurant appearance.

At this location, I was charged 1.99 for a McDouble, which cost 1.39 at every other branch. I complained and was told those were the 41st avenue prices.

Appalling Service

Decided to use the drive thru to get a late night meal after work. After waiting an incredibly long time for the two cars ahead of me to get served I was told me they wouldn't serve me because of the vehicle I drive. Seriously. I mean come on. What am i supposed to drive a BMW or Mercedes to grt served at such a fine establishment? Such a weak excuse. I think the girl on the window just didn't want to serve anyone and take a break. Worst "service" I've received in a long time. Don't go here unl
