Is there any score lower than 1 Star? This company shouldn’t be doing customers service business.. driver was so lazy. Customer service rep is so rude and doesn’t understand customer service at all. Sucks..
Delivery is always delayed by at least a month. Estimates and promises too optimistic. Lady who answered the phone has no customer service skills at all.

The customer service (girl) is not just very rude..but very very very rude..she dont know how to deal,with the problem/issues she made, if the customer is mad she is also much more mad,very arrogant

Excellent customer care. Recently, I used their service, made a mistake in the recipient's name. Went to have it corrected despite the busy season, they were able to act on it promptly. Got a reply from their counterparts' office giving me confirmation that changes were made. Plus, advising that is ready for pickup.
Now that's what I call excellent customer care.
