My review of October 07 2022 does not appear on 'ratings and reviews': My experience was unacceptable and the customer service provided by 'owner' Cam was deplorable. Stay away from this faltering business. Lu admitted that mistakes were made, yet he and Cam called me to say that a price adjustment is "not how it works" These are nasty people who do not know the meaning of customer service. Head to the hills before providing Fletchers Fabricare with your business.

Ruined two of the five items I brought in for drycleaning. The total bill was over $125. Outrageous. When I complained about my items being ruined, I was told by their ‘customer service’ representative…’so maybe you had better go ahead and sue us’ when I asked for compensation or to have the items repaired and cleaned properly. Worst drycleaner ever. Walk away…don’t be ripped off and insulted.
