U and Me Hair and Nail Spa

I have been going to this salon for hair treatments and Jenny and Jessica always do a good job. I wanted to especially say thanks to the ladies for staying an hour and a half past closing time to finish my colour today. This isn’t the first time the ladies have accommodated me last moment. Thanks

We have been going to U and Me for several years. Our last two experiences have now ensured that we will NEVER return. My gel manicure chipped within two days (I suspect the polish was old). When I returned to request this be rectified, the treatment was rude and dismissive. Last week, my daughter and I returned for pedicures. We selected our colours and were given the wring colours. The massage was garbage and we were rushed out. Never again. We will take our business elsewhere.

Excellent- Excellent skills -- nails -processes beautifully done. They last and the workmanship beautiful. They are quite good but at times bit busy however, they will always do their best including fitting u in no matter how it affects their personal time. They also appreciate customer loyalty sincerely.

Appointments mean nothing to this business. Horrible customer service and communication.

I am a regular customer of Amy's and I really cant say anything but AMAZING!!!!! I have had many services there including a hair service with a up do. She is really professional, friendly and super good at what she does. This is a family run business & she really cares about her client needs. I have told all my friends about this new beautiful location & we all love it! Thanks Amy keep up the good work. LW
