Great experiences with staff and doctors! Appreciate that we can email to request appointment instead of waiting on hold if busy. Replies are prompt and curious.

They are severely under staffed. Impossible to phone them. Line is either busy or you are on hold for a good hour. They have no voicemail. The staff are friendly, I think the blame falls on manager/owner of the clinic. Comes across as someone who doesnt actually care about people. Just in it for the business. And its not like I can just change doctors. Otherwise I would.

Usually on time. Phones answered more than some other clinics. Biggest complaint is how long you have to wait to see your GP. For those who rarely need a doctor it is kind of crazy to have to rely on walk in doctors because you can't wait a week to see your own.
