I called today to get a quote for auto insurance three times. Each call I received the worst service I've ever experienced. the first call I was hung up on after speaking to a short fused rep for about 10 minutes, the second time I didn't even get through. And the third time I reached the same rep as the first call but was hung up on again! If this is how they do Provide quotes, I can only imagine the nightmare I would be in if I called for a claim. Needless to say, Don't choose them!
