The treatment I received by the owner, after asking a billing question, was extremely unpleasant and not professional. His response was not the answer to my question, but instead a long, loud, and really aggressive diatribe. He even mocked me sarcastically, when I said that I didn't understand. I tried to stop him three times, to help redirect him to answering my question. His anger was really misplaced. They've worked at my house six times, but I will find another plumber now.
