Creative Nail

Great people and very friendly. Being going there for years and no matter where I am in BC I wait always to go to them. Even if I am in Surrey I will come to Burnaby for my nails.

Due to a sloppy paint job, my nail tech filed the ends after painting. Within a few days, my polish started to peel. Gave them another try. First, The tech scolded me for removing the polish myself (1. This is a service they charge for and was clearly an aggressive upsell technique and 2. I had only removed the polish because it had peeled so quick). I explained and politely asked her to file only before painting, she said "It never peels when I do it" and continued to do it again. Very rude.

I have been going there with both my daughters for over 10yrs. There has been a few times that we were not happy , but when we talked to the owner , it was corrected immediately. I do find that at times there is a lot of delays when the phone rings with other customers. All three of us overall been happy there and have been booked in at the last minute if we forgot to call for an appt.Will I continue to keep going there YES the owner has come in an hour early to start for us when over busy

I have been to Creative Nail twice (figured I give them a second chance) and the service was very unprofessional. The first time I went to Creative Nail I made an appointment and it was 35 minutes late.. not only was I inconvienced but she stopped mutiple times in my session to do work on other ppl. I was there for 2 1/2 hours getting Acrylic nails put on which normally should take 1hr to 1 1\2 hrs (I know this bcuz I have got my nails done many times before). Not only did It take 2 1\2 hrs to do my nails but the nails were of substandard quality and they broke very easily within a few days. When I went back to get a fill they charged me 60$.. For that price I could have gotten a full set at a higher end place for cheaper. The second time I went to Creative Nail I had a similar experience has the first time except it was only for my thumb nail. They acted unprofessional once again. They argued with me about how the nail broke and made me feel like it was my fault when clearly they did not put enough powder on the nail. They acted very disrespectful towards me and I will never use there service again.
