Over the past three years, I've taken several awkwardly sized site plans and some faded antique drawings to Sure Copy Courtenay. They don't just push a button on a machine -- they examine the originals, advise how best to achieve the best results... and then they do it right.
But I thought they'd failed me this week, when I took in a Word document in a multi-column format with several embedded images. They were printed promptly, but the copies weren't right. The margins were unbalanced, the paragraph breaks were misplaced, and the image wrapping was awry.
I took them back, but soon found it was I who was in the wrong.
Adil patiently explained that Word documents don't get formatted properly if the printer settings aren't exactly as they were on the author's computer. DUMMY! I've known that for years, but this time I forgot. ***It was certainly my fault.***
Nonetheless, when I returned with my document in PDF format, they graciously agreed to reprint the copies without further charge.
THAT'S GOOD SERVICE! So I have no hesitation in saying you can entrust any type of personal or corporate printing jobs to the folks at Sure Copy Courtenay.

Walking into SureCopy I was greeted with smiles by the employees.I was helped within just a few moments,and every thing I asked for was completed up to my expectations.
I have had friends use this stroe as well to make flyers and posters for up and coming events and everything I have seen has always been eye catching.

I received website design deliverables from this company. This included 3 images, a header, a sidebar, and a footer. Considering what was paid for, I am extremely disappointed companies can keep getting away with performing such incomplete jobs. A "website design" from any other firm I've ever ordered from includes dynamic elements (since pages are built dynamically and there are not any fixed pages that all look the same). It was typical graphic designer fashion, provide the bare minimum, take forever to provide it, and groan at any changes needed. Nor did they provide an overall idea of the design, just 3 images; so colors, fonts, font sizes and dynamic elements will still need to be determined. I highly recommend staying away from this "design" firm.
