Has treated my mother very unprofessionally since we lost our father over a year ago. She has little information regarding her riff through the chilliwack branch.No one ever calls her back. My brother has spends more time getting no where answers being her advocate. Infact they made her cry at the bank regarding this riff back when we lost dad. A year later and still no respect of a call to my mother regarding her riff. Where is it??? Next is the media. Were fed up.
