Timely Restorations

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Our clock needed a cleaning and adjustment. He did the cleaning, the clock was running, but still needed adjustments for smoother operation. Took it back a second time, and after picking it up again the problem was worse. At this point,attempts to contact him were not answered, so we took our business elsewhere. I found this strange, given the fact that his website states All work Guaranteed. Unprofessional, poor customer service.
