Watch out if you are paying cash!
Jun 23, 2012 - Left shoes for repair. I was asked to pay for the service upfront, which I did in cash. The store clerk gave me a tag with the price that I have paid written on it. There are signs in the store clearly stating that all services must be paid for in advance. July 7, 2012 - My wife presented the tag to the same clerk, received the repaired shoes and was asked to pay for the service, which she did as she did not know I had already paid for it two weeks ago. Later in the day, I have confronted the clerk in person and over the phone in an effort to understand if he was willing to rectify the issue. His take was that the tag he gave me did not have the word PAID stamped on it and therefore no money could be refunded. Consider staying away from this business as you may end up paying for the same service twice if you use cash.
