I booked Barry based on his reviews on line. On Monday I booked Barry to come and trouble shoot problems I was having with my boat. We agreed tomeet at the Kelowna Yacht Club on Friday at 1pm. I called to confirm he was coming at 12:45pm. He said he was swamped and wouldnt be able to come. When I asked if his phone wasnt working, he seemed confused. Barry may be a great mechanic. I will never know. But not calling to inform someone they arent coming to an appointment is unacceptable.

i was buying a boat in Canada to ship down to California. i was promised 30 pictures, a complete review of the boat and a leakdown test on the motor. he got as far as sending me 3 pic's and said he couldn't figure out why the others wouldn't go through. i told him i need those pic's in order to make my decision to purchase. he didn't send them, and when i said i'd be happy to pay him, when he sent the pic's he got irate and threatened me with the sheriff and holding the boat. very unprofessional
