I recently bought a 100% electric Hyundai Ioniq from this company and am very pleased, not only with the vehicle but with the excellent service I received from all the personnel involved. Having been involved with training salespersons for over 40 years, I would rate sales rep. Kieran Carlson very highly. He is well informed about the products, personable and attentive. I have no hesitation in suggesting that if you have reason to visit this dealership, ask for Kieran.

Update Oct 2020 beware new owners now! Bought my 2018 kona from the previous owners in 2019 ( which were awesome)and I moved back to Alberta so I having to get winter tires on now. Went to get my key for the locking lug nuts which I thought would be in with the spare tire equipment. But I couldn't find any key in the vehicle at all, never had to change my tires before because I'm retired and hardly drive. Bought the vehicle with just 550O k on it and it just hit 16k so I would have been changin

I bought a used vehicle from Victoria Hyundai in December 2018. I was told that it would need about $2500 worth of repairs to the Diesel engine - something their mechanics could not do. Days later I found six hidden scent packets in the vehicle that were covering up the smell of fuel leaks. Since purchasing over a year ago, the vehicle has needed $13 000 worth of repairs. I informed the staff at Victoria Hyundai, and management was made aware, but no one showed any care. Be cautious!!!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the new Victoria Hyundai. I have been working with Hyundai for the past 4 years to build my credit and I can honestly say since the new ownership took over iv seen a huge change. So thank you. Also wanted to say that the sales man nick was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. There was no pushy ness to buy the car at all. He was so easy going and was willing to hear what I had to say compared to the last sales person it was an amazing experience

The maintenance team tried to sell me a very expensive service that was not even close to being needed. They wanted to change my belts at 25000 km. I talked to other mechanics and knowledgable people who said it was WAY too soon. Now I go to OK tires on Alpha street and they are great.
