The owner (male) demande me to pay 10% tip. He was not the one doing my hair, no customer service, and he demanded tips and said it's rule to pay 10% tips. I gave $20 extra as tip for my hairdresser. I told him the $20 was tip for my hairdresser. No thank you of course and he looked at me and said I should pay 10%. I did not confront him as my hairdresser already looked so embarrassed. I was quite pissed and I found lots of reviews about his ripping off customers.
