I was part of a wedding in Hope where our hair stylist unfortunately did not show up on the day. Stress was very high! Went to Hair Trends to ask for help and Liz had time to do the Bride/MoH on the fly. Did amazing work at the last minute and honestly made the experience a joyful one. Really took the time to ramp up the excitement, encouraged us not to focus on the negative. End product was amazing! Liz and Christina both so helpful and did so well by us. Highly recommend this place!

I have been going to this Salon for a while now (a few years) I find the staff very friendly and knowledgeable and I have never been unhappy with the results. Christine is my hairdresser and she is amazing!

I advised the Owner who did my hair that I had an event that I was going to the next day. I wanted my hair highlighted, she then said I need to do the roots colour. That was fine, and she was going to cut my hair, but she would show me how much before she did it. She never even asked she just cut and it was a lot. I never noticed the colour until I got home, but I had never seen a mess like this in my life. I had dark blots all over the front of my head and down the sides. They were closed 3 day

Not What I Wanted

I am not a big fan of the haircut I got earlier this week. I spent a lot of time putting together pictures of the haircut I wanted from all different angles, and the hairdresser didn't study it for long, and said it was all about the styling. She didn't show me how to style it after I got it done, and when I asked how to give it the volume in the original cut, she gave me vague and brief instructions. When I pointed out that in certain areas it was not like the haircut, she waved it off, and told me that it was about the styling, and if I styled it it would look the way I wanted. I can't get it to, first of all, look anything like the picture, and second, hold any sort of similar style. It would be a lot better if she had showed me how to style it, or recommended products and tools even. Now parts of it stick up, while parts of it lie flat, when the whole thing is just supposed to be layered with volume so it flips up at the end. This is a haircut for people with thick hair, so I was surprised when she thinned it out. The woman who did my hair was also not very friendly, and I got the overall impression of rudeness. I would recommend getting your hair cut somewhere else.
