    Very unprofession...

    Very unprofessional and unorganized. I would not recommend this business at all. They have horrible customer service and are not very knowledgeable. Had 2 very bad experiences here and I ended up getting a refund and my broken phone back after MONTHS of being lied to getting the run around. Took it to Cell Phone Medics and had the phone repaired within hours the very same day. Save yourself the head aches and lies. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Take your money elsewhere.

    Do not do busines...

    Do not do business here. They are extremely rude and did not fix my problem correct the first time and want me to pay again to fix it. Terrible place.

    Would not recomme...

    Would not recommend this place at all. The store is a filthy mess. Service is awful and from what I hear employees don't get paid!!! Not a way to run a business.

    worst business I'...

    worst business I've ever dealt with!!! Ordered a million wrong screens and had it for months and no one knows anything that's going on. Please take your business elsewhere if you don't wanted to be treated horribly....

    I took my son's S...

    I took my son's Samsung tablet in to get the screen replaced . He said yep no problem March 23rd it will be done April 5 th OK phone back 8th of April still not done .. phoned April 10th still not done. .April 16th to pickup tablet and pay for it. still not done .. THIS PLACE IS A FUN JOKE

    haters will hate...

    interesting...I was told about this store from several other very happy customers who have had work done there, and i had an excellent experience there as well, and i will continue to use their services in the future! I have been to several "other" cell phone repair shops around red deer, and have had horrible service there...but these guys are bang on, and theyre great with the customers! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

    This company has ...

    This company has had 3 of my devices for 3 months. They still have not fixed any of them, nor can they find them to return to me! I have been in their store no less than 7 times asking for updates, where my devices are, etc. They say they will call with updates/news but never do. All they have are excuses but no answers. Very Poorly run operation, do not use them!
