Not only was sales lady, Trish, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.....the rest of the team were/are as well! And I guess that's part of what made my experience great....they operate as a team.

Honesty and good value! Had a dreadful noise in the back end - thought it might be a broken shock absorber or maybe a loose exhaust pipe. Took the car in with fears of a big expense. They predicted and found that the insulating piece that protects the car from the hot exhaust pipe was loose. Sure enough, that's what it was. They could have charged me $130 for a part hour of labor but they charged me nothing. The invoice said "Screw installed. Noise resolved. Charge zero." Great work!
