great staff....doctor walks you through the whole procedure this will sting, youll feel some pressure, etc.

I’ve been going to the pain injection clinic for three years and I’m always treated with the utmost care and respect I’ve experienced similar care in other area such as X-ray where in particular I have had to go thru very painful procedures. Always the staff are compassionate and do their best to ease my pain. The thought of having to go elsewhere for treatment is unpleasant due to my experience here and if anyone is afraid of anything here you don’t need to be.

I’ve visited Radiology Associates many times for different procedures and have always felt like the technicians were very nice and acted professionally. However, the ladies at the front desk need to learn to acknowledge the patients when they come in, even if it’s just a quick greeting and letting you know that someone will be with you shortly. Downstairs in the pain clinic the receptionists are much better. I’ve always had them acknowledge me with a smile as soon as I’ve arrived.

I have been here twice for cortisone shots in my hip and SI joint. Every time I’ve been there they have been EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I am not good for pain and both times the nurse held my hand and came for both of my injections with me and just calmed me down held my hand and handed me tissues. I believe the nurses name is Kathy or Cathy I can’t remember. As well as, the front staff have been very friendly making sure I wasn’t in too much pain to leave. I would definitely recommend !

Extremely unfriendly/unwelcoming front end staff. No acknowledgement that patients are standing there to check in.

Had an altersound today I felt as though the receptionist were very friendly and helpful, but not so much the rest .

Very unimpressed they called the day before to tell me my appointment was at 1:10 and the rest of the message was all about how they have no daycare and children weren't allowed in with me but no mention of they had me booked for another test at 2:45 which would have been nice to know I had other things to do and they screwed up the rest of my commitments which I wouldn't have made had I known. I should not have found out last minute my half hour test was gonna take was gonna take 3hours
