Is there a lower rating than one star?!? This place is absolutely awful. Outright rude and not friendly at all. After giving them the model number I was sold the wrong fuel filter for my lawn mower and when I went back to return the unused part I was told all parts are final and non refundable. AFTER SHE SOLD ME THE WRONG ONE!! Found the right part online for much cheaper and didn’t have to put up with an attitude. Avoid this place like the plague.

There needs to be a zero star option. Terrible service and disrespectful when I called in for a carburetor. They couldn't figure out what was needed when provided with a serial # and model#. So 5 minutes on Google, and a quick Ebay search later and I had it ordered myself. I prefer supporting local businesses, but if they can't do a simple parts sale for a small engine then they aren't much use as a small engine shop.
