Where to begin......
Where to begin... have a bin rental and pick up when called. Numerous times they emptied when not called and charged... it was only half full. Finally, we switched the lock and just put on their lock when we call them (what a pain to have to do that every time). Now lately, we have had to email and call several times before they come... right now we have emailed twice over the last couple weeks and they still haven't come. Definately switching! Would never recoment County Disposal to anyone.
