    I was very pleased with FYI in Fairview. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous and the Dr was excellent.

    I���m not pleased by the place in fairview. I ordered over the phone for the glasses we picked. They took my credit info and charged me to later find out 10 days later they never ordered them. Plus I had to call them back to figure out if that out. Then they said it will be put on fast delivery. 19 days later call back, it accidentally got shipped to another city and UPS to fairview. Very much unsatisfied.
