Had our roof (shingles) done a couple of weeks ago. Quote was MUCH lower than others. Started that week and had it complete within a few days. Henry was good to deal with and always answered texts/calls. They did a great job cleaning up after and so far happy with the roof! Would recommend for sure.

Completed good fine. But had shingles blow off and they said they would come repair but never did. They never answered phone or replied to phone messages. Not very professional!

Their team finished the entire house in one day for the same price quoted. Cleaned up all their mess and we are very satisfied.

Horrible. Did not show up. Did the roof wrong. Water coming out under the shingles. After repeated calls he sent a guy out who said the valley was completely wrong and would need redoing. Sent a guy out who fixed a quarter if it and said he would be back the next day but didn’t show up. I called Henry and he said wind was blowing the rain up under the shingle and if he has to look at it again he would charge me. Had to call another company to fix it. They couldn’t believe how it was done.

Customer service needs work.

First off, shingle removal and installation seems to be a pretty good job. It's backbreaking work so kudos to the workers. Unfortunately, I had to call and remind them to come on the day that was booked. Then about two minutes after I paid them, they left without finishing the cleanup they assured me would get done. When Tracy brought me the warranty 2 days later, she absolutely freaked when I complained about the cleanup, argued with me and jumped in her car and sped off. Very unprofessional.

Would have been okay if they had called me when they said they would. No call = no business.
