    Called for an emergency at 7pm.. says he’s had a long day can’t help, probably didn’t have the parts, yet failed to diagnose the problem and hung up.. hard to find a plumber in Cold Lake that answers the phone at 7pm

    Called for emergency repair, eventhough he was the only one to answer his phone to busy to get out of bed.. Thankfully there was a handyman that took a look. It was a late call 11PM
