Not recommend this lawyer to buy a house at least! Irresponsible and unprofessional. During the sale of our own home and the purchase of another, Your Lawer LLP was mediocre at best. The made errors on the paperwork and did not seem customer service oriented at all. Made us lose money of their mistake. Throughout this process lawyer never once made direct contact himself. Our family suffered stress and heartache whereas purchasing real estate should be an exciting venture.
This is the second time I have used this firm for the sale/purchase of property and they delivered excellent service both times. The entire process was explained to me and my husband. When I encountered a problem with the new owners moving into our old property Spring and everyone at Your Lawyer was quick to get back to me and explain what was happening and why. There rates are very reasonable and fair. Great company!!!
Recommended by our realtor and my boss, we were very pleased and satisfied with the assistance which lawyer, Sun, of Your Lawyer provided us in relation to the sale of our condo. Being first time sellers of real property, we very much appreciated Sun answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns, with great patience and without rushing. Considering our property sold quickly, the fees were reasonable compared to other lawyers we tried to call. We are planning to retain Sun for our other needs, like will preparation.
I know that most of the work done in this office is real estate related, but I needed some help incorporating, and the office was conveniently located. Front offce staff was polite and freindly, and the legal advice that I received was exactly what I was looking for. I heard that this firm has recenlty changed ownership, so I can't comment on past servcice, but the service that I received more than met my needs.
Staff is always in hurry and never explain all the requirements clearly. Documentation had three errors. Surprisingly my family name was mis-spelled on many docs. Once papers are signed at lawyer office, no timely help or information is provided from lawyer office on the purchase. Bad experience. I will never go through this lawyer for any of my purchase and will not suggest anyone going through this lawyer.
