Trying to book a call to replace doors. Left 3 messages during business hours in the past 2 weeks and she cant be bothered to return the calls. Poor service Tammy.
I built a new home a few years ago, requiring over 80 windows!. The seal in one of the windows just failed recently and they came out and replaced it free of charge. Their response was timely and the installation went smoothly. Excellent service. Aside from this one window, I've been very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.
Disappointing service....Gienow refused to take back stock items...I can understand having a final sale policy for custom windows, etc but applying that to stock items is very disappointing and very poor customer service in my opinion.
